Resources for Kids and Teens
It’s important to remember that you are not alone. There are many other kids who have gone through similar things – and there are people out there who can help. Talking to a family member, therapist, teacher, or an adult who cares about you might help – and they might be able to find someone who can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings about stressful things that happened (or are happening) in your life.
In addition to talking to someone you trust, here are a few things that kids like you have found helpful:
- The Body’s Alarm System
- Identifying Triggers
- Noticing My Feelings
- My False Alarm Goes Off When…
- Relaxation Exercise
