It’s important to remember that you are not alone. There are many other kids who have gone through similar things – and there are people out there who can help. Talking to a family member, therapist, teacher, or an adult who cares about you might help – and they might be able to find someone who can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings about stressful things that happened (or are happening) in your life.
