ARC Reflections Pilot Evaluation Report

We are pleased to share the final report for the evaluation of the ARC Reflections pilot!  This evaluation was conducted by Child Trends, an independent agency funded by the Duke Endowment to evaluate the roll out of ARC Reflections in 5 counties in North Carolina.  Preliminary results were positive and suggest that ARC Reflections may be a useful tool to support placement stability, as well as caregiver skills and confidence for youth in foster care.  You can access the full report here.
